We Provide Free Shipping to Frankfurt Germany Only, The others may Free Shipping or Own Expense, Please contact us first, The logistics may not ship to your countries.

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

 

The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

 

If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact hello@eshineon.com.

 

International

Depending on where you’re located, Ansun may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please submit your detail address include POSTCODE, so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if shipment is possible, and how much it will be cost. International orders may take 7-25 business days for shipping.

International orders maybe subject to customs clearance.

Shipping Information

 

Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

 

If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Ansun will not replace the order or issue a refund.

 

We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Damages

 

If you received your order damaged, please contact Ansun Support within 7 business days at hello@eshineon.com.

 

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
